The points are credited after the stay (check-out) and may take up to 5 days to be visible in your balance. If after this period, no change occurs in your card balance, you can request the credit adjustment via www.pestana.com/en/help-center.

All points awarded up to 30 June 2023 are valid for a period of 2 years from the date on which they are earned and expire on the penultimate day of the expiry month.
All points awarded from 1 July 2023 are valid until 30 June 2025.
Always check your expiring points in your customer area.
Register online and automatically receive your customer number. When you arrive at check-in, be sure to mention it so that the points from your stay are credited to your card.
Credit of points may take up to 5 business days, however, if you find that they have not been credited, please make the request via www.pestana.com/en/help-center up to 6 months after the stay date.

You will earn points for every stay booked through our direct channels (website, hotels, pousadas or via Customer Service) or for purchases made in our bars and restaurants. Bookings not made through our direct channels are entitled to 250 points per night.
If the booking is made under special conditions, e.g. group bookings or prepaid promotions, no points will be earned.

Yes! Depending on the availability of rooms at the hotel participating in the Pestana Guest Club points program, you can make a reservation at any time of the year, including Summer, Easter, and New Year.
Yes, points earned are valid at any hotel and pousada belonging to the Pestana Guest Club, regardless of where they were earned.
Points can only be earned on services provided by the Pestana Group. Points can currently be used with some partners. You will also earn additional benefits with partners for being a Pestana Guest Club customer. More information is available on our Partners page.
