Urban and charming

This Pousada, in the historic centre, is located at one of Lisbon’s high points, which extends from the hill of St. George’s Castle to the River Tagus. The prominent location of this hotel in the historic centre of Lisbon puts it right opposite the viewing point of the Portas do Sol. This name comes from the old Porta do Sol, one of Lisbon’s medieval gates, which was part of the city’s Cerca Moura, destroyed in the 1755 earthquake.

This Pousada in Alfama is spread over 4 floors and has 41 rooms of different types, all of which offer you the comfort needed for spending unforgettable days in Lisbon.

The Pousada is located in a pedestrianized area dominated by Lisbon’s most typical and original delights, and from here, you can experience the city’s most breathtaking sunset.

In the informal and welcoming atmosphere of the Manifesto Bar Lounge you can enjoy breakfast, while at the same time, through the enormous glass windows, watching the city come alive.

On the terrace, next to the bar, you will not only be accompanied by a work of art by the urban artist Bordallo II, but also be able to enjoy Portuguese wines, tapas and cocktails, all day.
