With references to the various Portuguese regions on the wine list, the menu draws all its inspiration from the sea and the Azorean pastures.
In an elegant and modern setting, enjoy the influence of nature on the menu to the full. The beef rump, from the cows that graze freely in the fields, is a treatise on softness and flavor. As for the fish, the breaded forkbeard with passion fruit sauce is an original and irresistible proposal.
