The restaurant room, spacious and bright, with columns in granite and huge arched windows have understated decor, sober and very elegant. All the traditional things receives here a more modern treatment, and the wine list have amazing references to wines of Beira that are worth a try. The desserts conceal the biggest surprises and revelations in the menu. Modernising these century-old flavors, with an amazing presentation, and whether offered in the buffet or requested individually, they will help you finish this fabulous journey through the mountain's flavors. Try the incredible selection of regional cheeses and sausages, it is a way to taste the flavors of the mountains. The rice black pudding with goat cell, the sardine cutlet, fgrade beans and roasted peppers, will also be very appetizing suggestions. Our rich border soup, pea cream and traditional curd help recover strength after a day of mountain activity.

The alheira ball stuffed with Serra cheese and veal carpaccio, capers, arugula and cured cheese zest are classic and sophisticated entrees that help you taste the best regional flavors.

This fantastic restaurant, with an incredible view and as ambassador of the regional gastronomy, contemplates in the menu the wonderful fillet of sweaty sea bass in crustacean broth, the salmon tranche, the pistachio crunch, the passion fruit and vegetable aroma, the cheese gratin cod loin from the mountains, sautéed potatoes and greens and the confit octopus, vinegar onions, sweet potatoes and greens, perfect for replenishing energy after a day of fun and exercise at high altitude.

Keeping the cold at bay with the meats, much appreciated in this area: with the unmissable serrano rice, the tornedó au gratin with Serra beans, golden potatoes and scrambled vegetables, the emptiness steak "Portuguesa" with crushed and crispy ham and ham. the so typical oven-roasted serrano kid. Dare to enjoy our desserts, with olive oil pudding, olive jam and honey ice cream, the very original mountain pie with curd ice cream or with an exquisite chocolate and cherry jam delight.
