​The Aveiro region - indeed, the entire Estuary area - is known to be one of the flattest and bicycle-friendliest areas in the country. Pousada Ria has several bikes at your disposal so you can move around and explore the surrounding villages and beaches with all the time in the world. By paying a nominal insurance fee you will get a bike and a helmet with light, for your full safety. Ride to the S. Jacinto Natural Reserve and visit the beach and the S. André Ship Museum. If you want to explore the reserve, it's more than a 2h30 walking distance in the sand.
