Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 kg of potatoes
- 200 g of Portuguese cabbage
- 1 chorizo
- Olive oil and salt to taste.
Veal rib (2 people)
Ingredients:
- 800 g of veal ribs
- 500 g of small potatoes
- 500 g of cabbage sprouts
- Sauce: olive oil and salt to taste, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf and chilli
Kid goat
Ingredients:
- Half a kid goat
- 1 kg of new potatoes
- 500 g of cabbage sprouts
- Seasoning: olive oil and salt to taste, onion, garlic, tomato, bay leaf, parsley, pepper, paprika, white wine
